The ER also provides specialty services for veterans such as mental health and substance abuse counseling, preventive care, and physical therapy. Patients can also access specialty services such as cardiology, urology, and neurology. The ER also offers an on-site pharmacy and laboratory services.

William Jennings Bryan Dorn Veterans Affairs Medical Center it’s a history hospital complex and national historic district located in Colombia, South Carolina. The district encompasses 19 contributing buildings and an indoor walk. Most older buildings are two- to three-story brick structures and feature a Georgian Colonial Revival architectural style. The original buildings date from 1932, with additional buildings completed in 1937, 1945 and 1946. A major expansion took place in the 1970s. Jimmy Carter name of the hospital after US Representative from South Carolina, William JenningsBryan Dorn. The complex includes the hospital, recreation, restaurants and residential buildings. The complex is managed by Veterans Health Administration.
was added to National Register of Historic Places in 2009.
