The Kansas College of Osteopathic Medicine (KCOM) is a four-year, private, non-profit, osteopathic medical school located in Salina, Kansas. It is the only college of osteopathic medicine in the state and is part of the University of Health Sciences (UHS) system. KCOM offers a Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree, which is recognized by the American Osteopathic Association and is equivalent to the Doctor of Medicine (MD) degree. KCOM is accredited by the American Osteopathic Association’s Commission on Osteopathic College Accreditation. The college also has affiliations with several local hospitals and health care centers. KCOM is committed to educating students to become competent, caring, and compassionate osteopathic physicians and to serve the health care needs of the community.

The Kansas Health Science Center-Kansas College of Osteopathic Medicine (also known as KHSC-KansasCOM or simply Kansas Com) it is a private Medical school at the Wichita, Kansas that offers a Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DOES) medical degree. The medical school is hosted by the Kansas Health Science Center. In December 2021, the college was approved by the Accreditation Commission of the Faculty of Osteopathy to start recruiting students. The inaugural class will be accepted for the 2022–23 academic year.
