  • two (10 ounces) cans chicken pieces, drained

  • 1 (16 ounces) pack frozen chopped broccoli

  • 1 lb processed cheese food, diced

  • 1 (10.75 ounces) can condensed cream of mushroom soup

  • 1 (10.75 ounces) can chicken soup condensed cream

  • 1 glass milk

  • ¼ glass stick butter

  • 1 little white onion, chopped

instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

  2. Bring water to a boil in a medium saucepan; stir in the instant rice, cover and remove from heat. Let it rest for 5 minutes.

  3. Combine prepared rice, chicken, broccoli, processed cheese, condensed mushroom soup, condensed chicken soup, milk, butter, and onion in a 9 x 13-inch baking dish.

  4. Bake in the preheated oven until the cheese is melted, about 30 to 35 minutes. Stir halfway through cooking to help the cheese melt evenly.

You can cut this recipe in half with good results. I only use 1 can of Cream of Mushroom when I make half.
