This is an Update and let’s call it Part 2 of my Team Encoder Arcade1Up Countercade Hack Tutorial Series. In Part 1 (Link Below) we showed you how to initially install the Hack on your Countercade and set up a USB Flash Drive with the Batocera Front End to bring your own ROMs and play more games on your Countercades! This video assumes you have completed Part 1 and are ready to now put in a fix to enable 6 button Controls for both Player 1 and Player 2 as well as how to add Box Art and Video Snaps to your Image!

This is great! I got everything working perfect. My only question. I can't get xmen 2p to work for player 1. When I press p2Start it jumps right into select player. I can't get p1 to start. If I add more coins p2Start it just adds more lives to p2. Any ideas? Thanks
Ok.. so I did everything to the "T"
But after dragging and dropping the media folders as instructed… it still does not display artworks or snaps.. what am I missing here. Literally did everything.. the only way I can get them to show is if I got I to edit this games Data and I literally point to the exact for for Each game.. considering I dumped whole libraries this would be a major undertaking… what am I doing wrong. Smh.
Do you have to map the contols each time you start from the USB drive or does it save for you after the first time?

what am I doing wrong I have the roms on the thumb drive, but when I go to click it to play, the countercade hangs and never plays them it routes me back to the UI .. the games never launch (doesn't matter which system either, I select MAME, PSX, NES, etc) same result

What can this thing run comfortably? How recent are we talking? Is there a list of what emulators run on it? If it can do PS1 or n64 I'd be impressed. Still planning on getting one to do this very mod regardless, but I'm curious as to what I can get running on it!

Thank you, Friday I got my second round of offers from the Red Cross event (first one was no bargain) this one was disappointing too. Bust yesterday a 3rd round of offers came and the MK countercade was on it and for a good price so I grabbed it. I am ready to do it up.
After installing driver and selecting ok, 2nd step never becomes available. Any suggestions?
Volume control issues? The slider doesn't work when booted to Batocera and also I don't see options in Batocera to change the volume there like I do on my other Batocera builds. Is there something I am missing?
